E4440A Spectrum Analyzer and E8257D Signal Generator Repairs

The 18th Contracting Squadron, Kadena AB, Japan, intends to procure this requirement as a single source purchase order to Keysight Technologies Inc. This requirement is for E4440A Spectrum Analyzer and E8257D Signal Generator Repairs. This product and its parts are identified to be solely manufactured by, and proprietary of, Keysight Technologies Inc. No other authorized resellers or sources for this system, repairs and maintenance are known to the Government at this time.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized in accordance with IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown. Additionally, funds are not presently available for this project at this time. No award will be made until funds are available.
