We will meet at the BX Bldg 412 and move on from there. Please note we won’t be visiting every door, but instead visit each type of door (SSD, DSD, SSWD, DSWD).

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to Maintenance Inspection & Repair Service of Automatic Sliding Doors in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation at various US military housing installations on Okinawa and specified other facilities at Kadena Air Base as listed in Appendix B (Equipment list).

Automatic Doors Maintenance and Repair practices shall be in compliance with commercial, manufacturers, and regulatory standards, including the Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS). *Funds are not presently available* 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), insert the following clause: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract.

The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
