36th SFS Vindicator Badge Manager (VBM) WIN 10

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.

2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04, effective date 11 June 2025, DFARS Change effective 17 January 2025, DAFFARS Change effective 16 December 2024 Amendment 001:

1.5.8 Key Personnel: "...Will be provided with POC informations upon award." in reference to POC information. Also to extend the solicitation to 18 September 2025.

Amendment 0002: Questions and Answers for the site visit added, and changes to the SOW; "1.5.15 Special Qualifications: The contractor is responsible for ensuring all employees possess and maintain current Vindicator Certifications during the execution of this contract. Furthermore, the contractor will ensure that serving agents are indeed certified Honeywell Vindicator Field Servicing engineers that are well versed in Vindicator Server design, automation, programming, diagnostics, and repair." Changes highlighted in the SOW.
