1. Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1 - PWS 21 Sep 2023) 1.1 - 1.8. (Appendix 1 - 8) - An updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 21 Sep 2023 and Appendix 1-8 have been added. This version takes the place of the previous PWS dated 22 Aug 2023. For access to all Appendices, please request access through the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer.

2. DCAA Accounting System Requirements (Attachment 2) - Attachment 2 has been added.

The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Hickam AFB, Hawaii is seeking information for the Alaska Range Combat Training Integrated Communications and Support (ARCTICS) requirement. The following has either been updated or added to SAM.gov for interested industry reference:

1. Updated Performance Work Statement dated 22 August 2023 (Attachment 1) 1.1 - 1.5 (Appendix 1, 2, & 5) - An updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 22 August 2023 and Appendix 1-8 have been added. This version takes the place of the previous PWS dated 5 Dec 2022. If you have any questions or concerns related to the PWS, please fill out the question(s) or comment(s) via the Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) attached and send an email to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer NLT than 25 September 2023.

2. DCAA Accounting System Requirements (Attachment 2) - Potential offerors must have an acceptable accounting system in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.242-7006, Accounting System Administration. For the Government to be transparent with this information, slides have been attached that include pre-award and post-award requirements. If you have any questions or concerns related to the accounting system requirements, please fill out the question(s) or comment(s) via the CRM and send an email to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer NLT than 25 September 2023.

3. Facility Clearance Requirements - Potential offerors must have a TS/SCI Facility Clearance to perform on the future contract.
