Virtual Industry Day - PACAF Civil Engineering Advisory and Assistance Services

Industry Day Objectives: The 766 ESS/PKZ is interested in qualified 8(a) sources that are able to provide a broad level of Pacific-wide services to primarily PACAF engineer units at all levels and secondarily open to sister services and other MAJCOMS performing operations in the theater. The intent of this contract award will be a Multiple Award Contract IDIQ with 3 Awardees.

During this session, we hope to generate interest amongst industry and stakeholders by sharing information and collaborating with interested vendors to hear your ideas on how to make this potential contract successful. Items we intend to cover: An overview of our current CE IDIQ A presentation on the requirement overview Anticipated contract details and evaluation method Questions and Answers Event Information: The PACAF CE MAC IDIQ Industry Day is scheduled for July 24th, 2024, from 9:00am – 12:00pm HST.

This will be a virtual event. Only the contractors that register for the event by the deadline below will be allowed to join. Please be mindful that the Government will: Not accept sales pitches or giveaways during the Industry Day. Require that your screen be on mute during the presentation. Publish responses to questions asked AFTER the event but will not do so during the event.

To participate, interested vendors shall: RSVP via email by NLT 2:00pm HST, July 17th, 2024 to Ms. Chloe Wilkinson, chloe.wilkinson@us.af.mil and Ms. Natasha Wilson, natasha.wilson.3@us.af.mil. A Teams invite will be sent NLT 2:00PM HST, July 22nd, 2024 to the primary POC to confirm your acceptance to attend this Virtual Industry Day. Please note: There is a draft agenda attached. The final agenda and final slides for the industry day will be provided prior to the July 17th closing date. Your RSVP must include the following:

Company Name Company UEI Number Attendee’s first and last name, and e-mail. Limit 2 Attendee’s per company. (Identify primary POC for correspondence). Any questions, comments, or discussion points you would like to see addressed during Industry Day. Please note that due to time constraints and the volume of submissions, we may not be able to address all submitted questions during the event.

In an effort for the Government to respond to preliminary questions during the Virtual Industry Day, please provide them NLT July 17th, 2024. Provide responses to the Industry questions provided by the Government Please note that registration for the Industry Day constitutes consent to the listing of your company and POCs in SAM.gov.
