NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BPA CALL ORDERS THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement in accordance with (IAW) RFO FAR 12.201-1 for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Orders to support the Bilateral Army Exercise at Camp Higashi Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan. This notification of intent to award BPA Call Orders does not constitute a request for proposals, nor does it request the submission of any information in response to this notice.

This procurement is strictly restricted to the companies holding agreements under the Japan-wide Exercise Support Services BPAs series (FA520926A0018, FA520926A0019, FA520926A0020, and FA520926A0021). The Government will not provide feedback or evaluatons to companies regarding any submissions received in response to this notice.
