THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR A MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. This is to identify potential and eligible sources that can provide services for the subject requirement. Firms that are interested in this requirement are requested to respond to Mr. Yuma Kato, Contract Specialist, by email at yuma.kato.jp@us.af.mil and Ms. Sonomi Yoshihashi, Contracting Officer, by email at sonomi.yoshihashi.jp@us.af.mil by 1400 hours, 05 Jun 2024 (Japan Standard Time) including the following:

(1) name and address of firm;

(2) a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and email; and (3) CAGE (NCAGE) code and Unique Entity ID (formerly DUNS number), if available.

DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall work two (4) hour sessions, twice weekly (with the exception of federal holidays when the services will not be required). One four (4) hour session must be performed in the morning or afternoon every Monday, with the second being performed either Wednesday or Thursday. These days of the week are the subject to change during the performance year. If fewer than five students are available for the session, the services will not be required.

The Contractor shall orientate the attendees on the different aspects of the Japanese culture, such as history, customs, etiquette, government, shopping, holidays, art, religion, entertainment, and lifestyles, etc. See the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.

LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE: Yokota Air Base (Fussa-shi, Tokyo, Japan)

EXPECTED PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 01 Oct 2024 through 30 Spe 2025 (Base Year) with four (4) one-year Option Years (Subject to change) This notice is for informational purposes only and is not considered a commitment by the Government.
