Utility Requirements in FY24 (374 CONS, PKS)

This publication of the synopsis notice indicates future requirements as listed below, which 374th Contracting Squadron/Specialized Flight is planning to issue a solicitation on FY24. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.

Natural Gas at Yokota Air Base, Tokyo The Contractor must submit all applicable licenses and registrations to provide natural gas to the installation; including but not limited to the proper registration under the Government of Japan Gas Business Act (Act No. 51 of March 31, 1954) to the Contracting Officer, and shall furnish proof of the properly licensed individuals and materials to handle gas.

Natural Gas at Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa The Contractor must submit all applicable licenses and registrations to provide natural gas to the installation; including but not limited to the proper registration under the Government of Japan Gas Business Act (Act No. 51 of March 31, 1954) to the Contracting Officer, and shall furnish proof of the properly licensed individuals and materials to handle gas.

Commercial Power (Electricity) at Mission Support Area, Kyogamisaki Communication Site, Kyoto The Contractor must possess all applicable licenses and registrations to provide power to KCS; including but not limited to the proper registration under the Government of Japan Electricity Business Act (Act No. 170 of Jul 11, 1964) to the Contracting Officer, and shall furnish proof of the properly licensed individuals and materials to provide commercial power.
