Natural Gas (City Gas) at NAF Atsugi

The purpose of this sources sought is to communicate with local industry in advance, receive feedback from the industry, identify interested vendors to foster competition, and use the information gained from this notice to further define the requirements of the expected solicitation in a way which benefits both the Government and the Contractor. The requirement is to provide natural gas (city gas) 24/7 to Naval Air Facility Atsugi. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE RESGISTED AND APPROVED AS A GAS RETAILER IN ACCORDANCE WITH JAPANESE GAS BUSINESS ACT.
