Market Research for Express Delivery of Military Freight Japan Wide This Market Research is to identify whether or not the Japanese market can meet the subject Government’s requirements. Please provide your answers by filling the Market Research Questionnaire, referencing the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the draft Price List Structure. This information will not be shared or used with other firms or organizations outside of the US Government. We greatly appreciate if you provide your response to the POCs no later than 1600 hours, 15 Oct 2024 via e-mail.
General Requirement: This is Non-personal Service. The Contractor shall furnish services for transporting Government freight by Contractor-provided trucks as set forth in the Price List, in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices.
The Contractor shall furnish services of transporting Government freight by most expeditious mode of transportation via air service, truck or combination of air service and truck whichever is faster IAW the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable GOJ laws and commercial practices.
The areas of performance shall be throughout the national land of Japan as broken down into specific areas listed in Appendix A. Refer to the Market Research Questionnaire for information of the Types and numbers of Moves, Area of Performance, and other detail.
