Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ Submission deadline to Wednesday July 17,2024 at 4:00pm EDT and change the verbiage in Paragraph (b) titled "Price" of Section Two ("Evaluation of Quatations or Offers") in the COMBO. Please see the revised COMBO with all changes marked in red attached below.

All quotes shall be FOB Destination with a lead time of 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Please include any discounts that may apply. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable & Technical Compliance IAW Salient Characteristics ( Please see Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics List) WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFQ. All finalized quotes shall be submitted no later than Monday, July, 15, 2024 by 4:00 PM EDT.
