Amendment 0002 for the COMBO has been issued and attached for download. The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the Solicitation: Amend 0002_COMBO_FA500025Q0015_Dryer Vent –Paragraph 2.A.1. revised formula for the second part of the two-part computation for total evaluated price (TEP); and, Amend 0002_COMBO_FA500025Q0015_Dryer Vent – Paragraph (xvi) extends the due date for questions to 2:00 p.m. AKDT on Thursday, 27 March 2025. The information within Amend 0002_COMBO_FA500025Q0015 Dryer Vent supersedes the information within FA500025Q0015 Dryer Vent COMBO.

Site Visit Meeting Minutes from the 20 March 2025 site visit have been added. Amendment 0001 - Posted "Questions & Answers." All quoters are reminded to view amandments prior to submitting their quotes. All quoters must acknowledge amendments on their quotes (see Atch 3 - Pricing Schedule). The 773d Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) requires dryer vent duct cleaning service on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson – Elmendorf (JBER-E), Alaska.

The successful contractor shall provide all items and non-personal services to include but not limited to management, personnel (IAW DFARS 252.222-7000, Restrictions on Employment of Personnel), equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, management, and labor necessary to perform annual and semi-annual dryer vent cleaning services on JBER-E.

All services must be performed in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s recommendations, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) codes, commercial practices, local, state, federal regulations for the current workload estimate of 731 dryer vents to be cleaned and serviced.
