176 WG/210 RQS Vehicle Tactical Radio System Parts (L3Harris)

The 210 Rescue Squadron is requesting L3Harris Technologies, Inc. brand name Vehicle Tactical Radio System parts to outfit range vehicles. These vehicles require multi-band tactical radios to communicate Line of Sight (LOS) and Over-The-Horizon (OTH) with the HH-60G and HH-60W platforms. L3Harris Technologies, Inc. parts are required as the existing radio system includes L3Harris Technologies, Inc. Falcon II radios that are only compatible with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. parts and accessories.

Please submit a quote for individual line items and provide a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1). This solicitation is for all or none. All quotes shall be FOB destination (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska) with a lead time of 270 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO). Include any discounts that may apply. Please be advised this is a brand name requirement for L3Harris Technologies, Inc. parts. No "or equal" iems will be accepted.

Please see all pertinent documents related to this Request for Quote down below. Any other documentation the vendor deems necesary can be submitted with their quote. All final quotes shall be submitted no later than Monday, September 16th, 2024 by 12:00PM AKST.
