In accordance with FAR PART 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Mountain Home AFB, ID Air Show Advertising Services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA489726QC013, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06. For more information, please view the attached Statement of Objectives. Please email Point of Contacts listed on the attached Combined Synopsis/RFQ with any questions on a Word document. All questions must be emailed by 6 Feb 2026 at 10:00 MST and will be answered electronically and submitted to SAM.gov. This solicitation is being cancelled. Due to an increase in questions from perspective contractors, the government will be canceling this solicitation to revaluate the governments requirment.
