Architect-Engineer Services

This is a sources-sought only. SF330s are not requested at this time. No offers are requested and none will be considered. The 366th Contracting Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, has a requirement for Architect-Engineer Services, including architectual, environmental, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, fire, investigation, inspection, studies, reports, estimates, etc. A firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order type contract is contemplated.

This contract is contemplated to have a 5-year ordering period, with a $1,000,000 maximum order quantity, $10,000,000 maximum contract quantity. The anticipated need date is March 2025. Over the last five years, Mountain Home Air Force Base has awarded 53 task orders across three IDIQs. 18 were less than $100,000, 16 were between $100,000 and $250,000, 19 were between $250,000 and $500,000, and 3 were over $500,000.

In order to develop acquisition strategies, information is being requested from interested and qualified firms.Submission of the information is voluntary. If interested, please submit the following:

(1) Company Name, (2) SAM.gov Unique Entity ID, (3) point of contact name and email address, (4) capability statement that includes information or otherwise demonstrates capability/knowledge of requirements of these services in the locality of Mountain Home Air Force Base, and (5) any other relevant information available to the firm for the purposes of displaying the firms ability to perform the requirement.
