8K Rough Terrain Forklifts Rental

Submission of Quotes/ Offers is Due Not Later Than 07 OCT 2024 at 12:00 PM (MST) Local time.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, management, equipment, tools, and any other item(s) or services necessary in order to transport/ship/deliver, and pick-up for return, ten (10) Rough Terrain Forklifts with 6’ forks, which will be delivered to two separate locations as indicated below in Section 5. The Item(s) shall be delivered on 08 Oct 2024 and picked up on 7 November 2024. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics and capabilities: 2.1.

Physical Characteristics. The forklifts will be used to unload/load military equipment from trailers and will be used outdoors on unpaved surfaces. 2.1.1. Forklifts must be traditional straight mast forklifts able to be operated by any individual with a traditional forklift certification. Telehandler forklifts are not acceptable. 2.1.2. Minimum lift capacity 8,000 pounds. 2.1.3. Straight mast, 220" minimum fork height. 2.1.4. Diesel-operated engine, electric and LPG forklifts not acceptable. 2.1.5.

Rough Terrain Capable. Will not be used in a warehouse. 2.1.6. Forklifts must be equipped with 6’ forks capable of moving large military pallets, roughly 88” x 108”. 2.1.7. 2WD or 4 WD acceptable. 2.1.8. Offeror’s must include/state their capability of delivering items on time and ability to meet the required deliver dates.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for ten (10) Rough Terrain Forklifts with 6’ forks prepared In accordance with FAR PART 12.603(c)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation number is FA489725QC002 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
