Eclypse International AWTS Sole Source Justification

Notice of Intent to Single-Source: The 366 FAS Contracting Squadron intends to award a non-competitive, single source to proposed contractor, Eclypse International Corp. with the Authority cited in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. Based on current market research, Eclypse International has proprietary right to the F-15 AWTS Systems. The authorized dealer for the region is Eclypse International, located in Corona, CA.

This notice of intent to award a single source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.

If no affirmative written response is received via email by 8 July 2024, 8:00 AM EST the contract will proceed and be issued without further notice. The acquisition is a total small business set aside under NAICS 334515 with small business size standard of $40M.
