Counternarcotics Counter Threat Finance Managed Attribution

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name commercial item prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. A written quote is required (an oral offer will not be accepted).

Submission of the quote must be IAW FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 12.201-1 as a contract. The contract will be awarded to the Offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government based on the evaluation criteria included herein. The solicitation number is FA4890-26-Q-CN19 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
