Voisus Software and Information Assurance (IA) maintenance for ASTi Voisus servers. Part Number VS-SW-IA-M This requirement will cover 450 Clients over 5 servers. 5 servers with 445 clients ande 1 server with 5 clients. ASTi Voisus software maintenance requirements include:

-Access to latest ASTi Software (Quarterly) -Access to Information Assurance (IA) and OS Updates (Quarterly and/or Monthly) -Prioritized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) schedule -Software rehost to new hardware at no additional cost in software packages - ASTi Software and IA Maintenance updates are dependent upon the hardware onto which they are installed Any hardware issues preventing a Software/IA update are not covered under the Software and IA Maintenance contract. User is requesting a base year and 4 option years if possible.
