414 Combat Training Squadron is requesting the procurement of SIPR compatible, audio-visual teleconferencing equipment. Delivery and installation will be at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. Please see the attached documents for further information. Quotes submitted should contain your company's letterhead, contact information, lead time, price breakdown, price total, and SAM information(UEI, Cage, Business Name).
Quotes submitted must be valid until September 30th, 2024. Ammendment 0001 - The purpose of this ammendment is to update the PWS, include the Questions and Answers as an attachment, and amend the RFQ due date from 12:00PM PDT, 12 Septemeber 2024 to 12:00PM PDT, 16 September 2024. Offerers must acknowledge this amendment. This can be included in the quote or an email.
