27 SOAMXS Floor Scrubbers

1. Cannon AFB is searching for potential contractors that can provide three (3) ride-on automatic floor scrubbers IAW the minimum specifications found below. Cannon is seeking information from interested parties that can provide the requirements below. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.Gov) database to be awarded a DOD contract.

The product service code for this is 7910 - Floor Polishers and Vacuum Cleaning Equipment and the NAICS for this action is 423850 - Floor maintenance equipment merchant wholesalers (size standard: 125 employees). This is projected to be a one time commodities purchase. 27 SOAMXS requires three (3) ride-on automatic floor scrubbers. These floor scrubbers will be utilized to scrub and clean hangar floors and must have the ability to pick up debris and clean spills. Further required specifications are as follows:

-4hr Run Time w/AC Chargers (Longer Run Time Acceptable) -36" Cleaning Path (Larger Cleaning Path Acceptable) -40 gal Solution/45 gal Recovery (Larger Tanks Acceptable) -Warranty / Service Contract for Repairs if applicable This announcement is a Sources Sought and is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement does not commit the government to award a contract now or in the future. There is no solicitation or funding currently available.

Additionally, the government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources because of this Sources Sought announcement. The result of this Source Sought will be utilized to determine if there are enough vendors capable to provide three (3) ride-on atomatic floor scrubbers that meet the minimum requirements listed above. This is projected to be a small business set-aside, all small business set-aside categories will be considered.
