Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 27 SOSS Watercraft Storage

The action being processed is a sole source acquisition request for 6-month extension to incorporate FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend for the Watercraft Storage Services. This will extend the contract period of performance from 30 September 2024 to 29 March 2025. FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services was not included at the time of the award nor was it evaluated at the time of award. To satisfy 27SOSS/27SOW and 27 SOCONS needs, the action that will be processed in this modification is the inclusion of FAR clause 52.217-8 in order to meet the mission requirements for 27 SOW.
