Changes occurred 20 Feb 2025, they are:

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Make a change to Attachment 1 - SOW to remove Para 1.3.1. concerning permits.

2. Add new Para 1.3.1 to SOW, informing Vendors that Arborist are preferred.

3. Add new Para 1.3.2 to SOW, informing Vendors of necessary use of proper PPE as/if appropriate.

4. Make a change to Attachment 2 - Price list. Unit changed from "Each" to "Hours" for CLIN 0014 Brush Hog Services.

5. Inform Vendors that this BPA requirement will not have a "Site Visit." This requirement will be a BPA with work scheduled as necessary. **See Attached Amendment 0001, also see Attachment 1 - SOW, & Attachment 2 - Price List for changes.

Note: Tree Trimming & Tree Removal Services will be performed through-out year/season, and after storms as necessary. Currently, there are no trees to trim/remove, however, seasonal work, work after storm, etc... is normal and anticipated. Any further questions, email Contact or POC listed with this RFQ.

Service Discription: Contractor will furnish all labor, climbers, equipment/tools, materials/supplies, vehicles, mobile aerial platforms, and protective equipment required to perform the following actions within Moody Air Force Base and Grassy Pond recreational area. The Contractor shall remove identified tree(s) and associated stump(s) to include all debris caused during removal.

When removing trees, grinding of stumps is considered to be part of the same operation and shall be priced to include both tree removal and stump grinding.. Contractor shall load, and transport natural debris as identified by the COR. Contractor shall remove, transport and deposit all debris generated from tree removal operations, trimming operations, and natural debris piles identified by the COR to an off-base site. Contractor shall use brush hog to remove small trees and vegetation in designated areas identified by the COR.
