GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial one-time service issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein.

REQUIREMENT: The 23d Contracting Squadron’s Services Flight is seeking a one-time service to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services to include:

labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide Tactical Medical Training for the 38th Rescue Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes must be formatted IAW the Pricing Schedule. Attached below is the combo with the solicitation information, instructions, and supporting documents. Please submit the quote for individual line items. This solicitation is for all or none.

All quotes will be evaluated and the requirement will be awarded solely based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All quotes shall be FOB origin. Include all discounts that may apply. Please provide warranty if any. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
