Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the close date/time from 30 April 2024 12:00 PM EST to 6 May 2024 2:00 PM EST. Please acknowledge all amendments on your response to this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Questions due date. The date is changed from 18 April 2024 2:00 PM EST to 26 April 2024 2:00 PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The solicitation number for this combined synopsis-solicitation is FA483024Q0033 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The above-mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 02/15/2024 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2323-0707.

This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $9.5 million. The purpose of this solicitation is for the procurement of 347th Operations Support Squadron Landing Zone/Drop Zone Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

All questions regarding this RFQ must be emailed to gerard.entwisle.2@us.af.mil no later than 18 April 2024 by 2:00 P.M. EST. A site visit will be held on 23 April 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested vendors shall meet at the 23d Contracting Squadron, 4380 Alabama Road, Moody AFB, GA 31699. Parties will then proceed to the location(s) to analyze the type of terrain to be maintained.
