The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW FAR, DFAR, AFFARS and all other related guidance. Tyndall AFB is requesting quotes for 60 each, Clutch Repair Kits IAW Statement of Work. Please see the details in the attached solicitation, Statement of Work, and drawings. Please ensure you review the instructions to offerors and evaluation factors located on page 33-36 prior to submission of offers.

Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 1:00 P.M. CST, February 7, 2026. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov. Contractors shall submit all quotes by February 19, 2026 @ 01:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, SSgt Tyler Smith at tyler.smith.113@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, SrA Ryan Crisostomo at ryan.crisostomo.1@us.af.mil, and with the subject line "FA481926Q0001 Clutch Repair Kits - Quote".
