This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA481424TF096 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05; Effective May 22, 2024. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238150 with a size standard of $19.0M. **Notice to Vendor(s)/Supplier(s)**: The purpose of this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (hereinafter referred to as “Request for Quote” and/or “RFQ”) is to:

The contractor must provide and install window tint to buildings 1039 and 1043 which include:

a. 21 windows that 27 sqft, 1 large window that is 120 sqft, and 9 four slotted windows that are 54 sqft for building 1043.

b. 13 windows that 27 sqft, and 1 large window that is 120 sqft for building 1039.

c. Windows should be tinted not fully blacked out to provided HVAC relief and prevent/hinder any condensation issues.

d. Window tint needs to be non-reflective Carbon Window Film (15-20%). Starting on 10 September 2024.
