This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA481424TF051 shall be used toreference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03; Effective 23 February 2024. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The contractor shall conduct professional yoga instruction one hour twice a week to support approximately 20 participants per class. They must show flexibility and responsiveness to work with participants and/or command leadership to establish specific objectives for participants. The classes must tailor to specific injury profiles, prevention issues, comprehensive wellness goals, or other desired outcomes. The contractor will instruct Vinyasa, Yin, Adaptive, and Restorative styles of yoga. Please see attachments for full details of this solicitation.
