B1510 NDI HVAC Repair

This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and installation of HVAC equipment at building 1510 IAW the Statement of Work. The building is 4,400 square feet and conditioned with a 4-pipe system composed of a one-year-old chiller, 40-year-old air handling unit with straight ducted air, and a 9-year-old boiler system supply hot water coils. The air handling unit, hot water coils, and boiler will be the main components replaced.

Period of Performance: Not to exceed 232 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance.

Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220.The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(d) is valued between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.

A site visit is schedule for Tuesday, 3 February 2026 / 09:00 (local) EST. Site visit location is 575 Killian Avenue, Shaw AFB, SC 29152. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 13 through 15 to ensure to adhere to all requirements necessary to obtain a pass to access the installation.

SOLICITATION AMENDMENT FA480326B00020001 The purpose of this amendment is to provide updates to solicitation FA480326B0002. Updates include replacing Statement of Work dated 11 Sep 25 with Statement of Work dated 20 Feb 26, removing Design Phase requirement, reducing Period of Performance Dates from 232 calendar days to 90 calendar days, incorporating questions and answers into the solicitation and adding site visit sign-in sheet.
