Fam Camp RV Parking Expansion

Objective: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to request capability statements from Small Business interested parties with the specialized capabilities necessary to add fourteen (14) Recreational Vehicle (RV) parking spaces and connection support capabilties to the existing Family Camp Grounds located at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.

This project consists of adding an asphalt drive, electrical systems, concrete RV pads, water, sewer, and other various task as described in the (Attachment 1) Statement of Work and identified on (Attachment 2) Fam Camp Design document dated 5 Nov 24. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Air Force. Responses to this Sources Sought will be treated only as information for the Government as part of market research efforts.

The information provided will be used by the Government for acquisition strategy development. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this Sources Sought and parties responding will not be entitled to payment for any direct or indirect costs incurred.

IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, PLEASE PROVIDE 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, UEI number, CAGE code, small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, GSA, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any.

3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience/ past performance (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. 4. Provide pictures, samples, of previous work, and year performed.
