Note: The Government will not be held responsible for any cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought announcement.erify the accuracy of all dimensions ensuring a precise fit and proper alignment with the building’s existing structural components. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris, waste, and materials generated by the liner replacement at the project site, including the old exterior fabric liner, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
