Amendment 001: A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday 21 Jan at 10 a.m. EST. Please fill out page 3 of the Base Form Template and send in to Aaron Edgell at aaron.edgell@us.af.mil. Please note the format of the Date of Birth (DOB) and ensure it is in the DD/MM/YY format. Please have all forms turned in no later than 1 p.m. EST on Monday 20 Jan.

Amendment 002: Added some frequently asked questions. I will update as more questions get asked. Updated the questions and answers word doc 22 Jan 2025 Amendment 003: Added an updated statement of work after today's site visit This is a solicitation for Air Duct Cleaning which will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable. This solicitation is for NAICS 238220. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitiation.

However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard $19.0 Million for NAICS 238220 at the time of submission.
