Dyess AFB, Custodial Services Synopisis

This is not a solicitation or request for quotes. We are not seeking or a quotes and will not accept them at this time. The PWS attached is from our previous contract and will be updated prior to solicitation. This PWS is not the PWS that will be used in solicitation, but can be used as an example of what to expect.

This synopsis is for a follow-on contract for Custodial services, FA4661-22-C-0001, that will end 31 October 2026. It is to provide custodial services to assigned buildings at Dyess AFB, Texas, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.

The current contract deliver services to ensure the assigned buildings at Dyess AFB, Texas, are maintained in a satisfactory facility condition; including the cleaning and restocking of supplies for the restrooms.

The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks associated with this contarct to include, but not limited to sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning water fountains, walls, doors, low and high dusting, and be required to provide and replenish hand soap, paper productss in all restrooms identified in order to meet the requirements of this contract. The custodial services consists of 4 (four)

Air Force Common Levels of Service Standards (AFCOLS): Cleaning Prestige, Cleaning Basic, Cleaning Academic Facilities and Cleaning Special Requirements. The metrics used to establish maximum cleaning frequencies for each of these service standards are listed, in detail, in the Appendices of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year (12 months) followed by 4 - option years (12 months each) that will begin 1 November 26.
