EMCS Replace Controls System

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs associated with this solicitation. The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing a solicitation for:

SUBJECT: Replace Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace R7044, E-Link, and XL50 controllers with new CP-Open technology in 4 Buildings at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The new control system shall be compatible and integrate with the current Energy Management Controls System Enterprise Building Integrator at Grand Forks AFB. The current system installed is Honeywell.
