Salient Characteristics ELECTRICAL UTILITY MATERIAL 819th RED HORSE 819th RED HORSE Squadron (819 RHS) is procuring electrical utility material that must meet the specifications listed below to meet mission requirements. The electrical utility material is required to power new building construction. These parts must be compatible with the existing materials and components, according to the National Electric Code (NEC), National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
