Potable Water Backflow Prevention Survey

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to:

- Change offer due date to 18 March 2025 - Remove the following clauses and provisions: 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-22, Previous Contracts and Compliance Reports; 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance; and 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity in accordance with Executive Orders 14173 & 14168 - Provide answers to solicitation questions; - Add a second Appendix Aa Base Map (2025) to accompany the Appendix Ab Base Map (2018); - Update Appendix E Baseside List If there are any difficulties opening any of the forms or documents in this solicitation, email the Contract Administrator at jennifer.lodmell.1@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer at ricardo.dominguez@us.af.mil.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that questions are due to the Contracting Office at 8am Mountain Time on Friday, March 7, 2025. Please ensure you review and sign the SF30 to acknowledge this amendment.

Original Solicitation: The Contractor shall accomplish activities necessary to support the Malmstrom AFB Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program. The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform a full cross-connection control survey of the potable water system at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), MT, both on the main base and at 15 remotely located Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs).
