ELMR Backhaul Ethernet Migration

This is an official Sources Sought. The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO is posting this Sources Sought to find potential vendors to accomplish ELMR Backhaul Ethernet Migration and meet the specifications of the attached statement of work. The government needs this work completed not later than 31 July 2025. How quickly could you start? What are you concerns on this project that may not have been addressed? What areas of the SOW could be more clear? Please recommend additional considerations not taken into account on the SOW.
