This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA462525Q1083). **Amendment 1 - Extend RFQ due date/time to 19 Sept 2025 at 10:00 A.M. central time.** The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide SFS Interview Cameras that meets the requirements specified of the attached Salient Characteristics.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor will provide delivery and installation of a Getac Video Solutions Stationary Interview Room for a two room configuration DVR(VR-X20G3)- Ultra5+16GB RAM+1TB SSD+2nd 1TB SSD, Blackbox Recording, Backup Battery, Crash Sensor, DVR mounting bracket, Wired MIC (MM-G01)- Interview Room Microphone, includes cable (100ft), Wiring kit(25ft), 3 year hardware warranty.

DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall complete performance no more than 30 days after receipt of the order. Service will be performed at Whiteman AFB, MO 65305.
