The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is to acquire Flooring Services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) dated April 16, 2025. The work consists of providing all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials/supplies, off base storage and disposal as required to perform removal and replacement of carpet and floor tile at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Missouri. Carpet will be acquired through one of the four existing USAF Carpet Tier I contracts already in place. This will be a firm fixed price contract; Requirements contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years.
