NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - GENTEX CORP

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 92d Contracting Squadron in Fairchild AFB, Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Gentex Corp. as a result of them being the only vendor qualified to provide and deliver sixteen (16) Part Number: G022-028-01 Top Latch Assembly IAW the salient characteristics. All work shall be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, local laws and regulations, manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is on or before 20 Septmeber 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

Deadline date for capability statements is 11 September 2024 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
