FY25 Barrier Maintenance

The purpose of the Vehicle Barriers Maintenance and Repair (VB M&R) and Inspection Contract is to provide preventive maintenance (PM), inspection, and minor repair for operational vehicle barriers at Fairchild AFB WA.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, travel, periodic inspection, minor repair, and other items and services necessary to provide maintenance for vehicle barrier systems at Fairchild Air Force Base Amend 01 - SF 30 Add Appendix A is being posted to amend the original Statement of Work to include an appendix with the make, model, and locations of each barrier system currently in use. 1 - Statement of Work (Amend 01) is beind posted and supersedes the original Statement of Work. Amend 02 - SF 30 Q&A is being posted to answer questions posed by potential offerors. 24QA213 COMBO (Amend 02) has been updated to reflect the new quote due date of 8 May 2024, as well as reflect other changes noted in the SF 30. Attach. 1 - Statement of Work (Amend 02) is also being posted with changes resulting from the Government discovering a mandatory use SOW for barrier maintenance.

Amend 03 - SF 30 Add CLIN 0005 is being posted to adress questions regarding the painting and corrosion control referenced in SOW para 1.3.1.6. 3 - Pricing Schedule (Amend 03) is being posted to reflect the added paint/corrosion control CLIN that offerors shall price with their quote. 24QA213 COMBO has been updated to refelect the new CLIN and the new due date of quotes (14 May 2024, 1 PM PDT).
