The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement, FA461325Q1027, for work at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (F. E. Warren AFB), Wyoming.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business standard of $12.5M is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sources sought announcement. No solicitation is available at this time.

All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. F. E. Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirements below. All services will be performed on F. E. Warren AFB.

Requirement Includes:

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, software license(s), electrical power, and all other incidentals necessary for the Engineer, Design, and Test of a Giant Voice (GV) System that includes two (2) new outdoor GV towers, and controllers at FEW AFB, WY.

The contractor shall design a GV system that meets the requirements within the Performance Work Statement and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All interested parties are invited to provide comments on the attached draft Performance Work Statement and to submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement. All comments and questions need to be submitted electronically via email.

All interested parties are invited to provide responses using the attached Attachment 2 - Response Form to answer our questions. THIS IS A NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, PROPOSAL, OR INVITATION FOR BID.
