ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement, FA461325Q1006, for a commercial services purchase at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (F. E. Warren AFB), Wyoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 500 employees.

This is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sources sought announcement. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement.

Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice, the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. F.E. Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement below. All services will be performed at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming.

REQUIREMENT INCLUDES:

Kardex Shelving and High-Density Spacesaving Systems maintenance service is required to support the 90th Maintenance Group (90 MXG) with storage within their facilities at FE Warren AFB, WY, to include one base year, and four option years.

The following thirteen (13) shelving units are required to be serviced, maintained, and repaired semi-annually (2x per year): (1) Kardex Industriever Titan III (6) Hi-Density Spacesaving Systems (2) Kardex Industriever 3500 (4) Kardex Kompakt Movable Occasionally, shelving units may need emergency maintenance and/or repair services with a 72-hour response time.
