Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – Carpet Replacement at MAF’s and B226 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement will include an attached solicitation and quotes are being requested.

This attached solicitation number FA461325Q0024 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330 with a size standard of $19M. See attached solicitation for complete description of Contract Line Items (CLINS).

NOTE

CLIN 0016 has a Period of Performance of 120 days, while CLINs 0001-0015 have a 270 day Period of Performance. Additionally, there will be no site visit with this requirement. These will run concurrently.
