FA4610-25-Q-00016 Project Title: DPM Packing and Crating This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for DPM Packing and Crating commercial services for Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 488991, Packing and Crating, with a size standard of $34 Million.

This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line-items numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.

Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein and use Attachment 3_Pricing Schedule to help complete pricing of CLINs on SF1449, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The Government intends to execute a Blanket Purchase Agreement for this effort.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Proposals are due NLT 20 February 2025 at 08:00 AM PST. Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Responses, additional information, or postings will be posted for viewing on Sam.Gov.
