FA4610-25-Q-0006 Project Title: FY25 Satellite Television (SATV) This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Satellite television (SATV) channels for Vandenberg Space Force Base users is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 517410, Satellite Telecommunications, with a size standard in millions of dollars of $44M.

This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Statement of Work (SOW) for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.

Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).

Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Any questions or comments must be submitted to vincente.mills.2@spaceforce.mil and william.bumpass.1@spaceforce.mil via email. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Proposals are due NLT 11 Feb 2025 at 12:00 PM PST. Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.

A site visit will be held at 9:00 A.M. on 4 February 2025 PST. Attendees shall meet at the Vandenberg Space Force Base visitors center. Interested offerors are limited to two attendees for the site visit. Attendees must submit their name, birthday and drivers license number to Vincente.Mills.2@spaceforce.mil and William.Bumpass.1@spaceforce.mil no later than 29 January 2025. Due to security requirements, additional information may be required. Responses, additional information, or postings will be posted for viewing on Sam.Gov.
