G450 Media Gateway and Analog Media Modules

SOLE SOURCE/NOTICE OF INTENT The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Avaya Federal Solutions Inc. The action will be executed in accordance with FAR 8.404(d) GSA has already determined the pricing of these supplies at fixed prices to be fair and reasonable. In addition, the Contracting Officer has reviewed the pricing provided by Avaya and compared to their advertised pricing on GSA 2 GIT.

On most line items the quote received for this requirement from Avaya was less than the pricing available from GSA. Avaya is the only source for the Media Gateways on 2 GIT, the mandatory source. As this specific product is necessary, purchasing from Avaya via the 2 GIT contract vehicle represents the Best Value to the Government. The requirement is to provide the following:

However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil with a copy to conner.sanchez.1@spaceforce.mil no later than 18 September 2024 at 2:30 PM Pacific Time.

Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
