Notice of Sole Source Award/Justification Post IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii) The 2nd Contracting Squadron, Barksdale AFB, hereby submits an official notice of sole source award. The Government has awarded a firm-fixed priced contract to Johnson Controls, Inc. using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii).

Description/Purpose: This contract is for an Energy Management Control System (EMCS) Upgrade which will install Metasys CGM4060 controllers and 463 NSB8 Network sensors in accordance with the Justification and Approval on behalf of 2 CES, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.
