Paxton Access Control/Secure Comm Rooms

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA460824QS018 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2024-04) as of 1 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 561622. The small business size standard is $25.0M. Purchase/Install turn-key Paxton Access Control System around Barksdale Air Force Base as outlined in the statement of work.

All parts shall be new, the use of used or refurbished parts is strictly prohibited. Parts and pieces must be compatible with existing Paxton system. 0001 – Paxton Access Control Systems in accordance with the list attachments Site Visit will be held Friday, 21 June 2024 at 0900.. This will be the ONLY site visit held regarding this requirement.

Answers will be posted no later than 4:00 PM CST on Wednesday, 26 June 2024. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, 2 July 2024. QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID FOR 120 DAYS DUE TO FUNDS NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE.
