The purpose of issuing Amendment 1 is to provide a revised equipment list and provide the government’s answers to the questions submitted in accordance with timeline identified in the SAM.gov posting.

Combined Synopsis - Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460824QC116, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 335139. The small business size standard is 1250 employees.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

CLIN 0001 – Airfield Lighting Equipment IAW Attachment 2 – Equipment List v2 Due Date and Time: Questions must be submitted via email no later than (NLT) 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Wednesday, 10 July 2024. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be provided on or around Friday, 12 July 2024. Quotes are requested by 1:00 PM CDT, Tuesday, 16 July 2024.
